• Being responsible for the front office and administration duties
• Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquires,
• Managing emails and mediref referrals
• Administration and maintenance of the patient database
• Processing payments using EFTPOS & HICAPS
• Discuss treatment plan options outlined by Specialist Periodontist
• Maintaining a smooth and productive flowing day
