Accountabilities & Key Roles: Manage innovation programs/projects for Consumer Banking division (PLC). Manage the rollout of key digital services in countries with relevance to each country needs and latest digital trends. Lead the process of developing new digital initiatives with the team with focus on latest digital technologies. Oversee project execution in terms of planning, user acceptance testing , marketing and post implementation review. Supervise digital service performance and KPIs and other success metrics. Develop frictionless digital customer journeys that are relevant to the business and contribute to overall sales , business revenue and overall customer experience. Participate in the digital strategy and feature roadmaps, manage the digital projects/programs to deliver a world class client experience, increased digital adoption, improved client engagement, and business performance). Lead new non traditional initiatives that expand to ecosystem partners and offer features beyond Arab Bank channels. Offer value added services to different entities by expanding current platforms or partnering with Fintechs in order to enhance customer experience and generate new revenue streams. Job Requirements : Education: University degree (Business Administration / Engineering) from recognized university. Master degree is preferred. Related certifications (plus): ex. PMP, Agile. Experience: 9+ years of experience in banking industry with good technical back ground of web applications development tools.
