About the Role We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to drive the execution of our portfolio-wide commercial strategy. Our offices are based in NYC, situated at the top of the Empire State Building, and we offer a hybrid work environment In this role, you will leverage deep analytics to maximize revenue, enhance profitability, and support the achievement of budget targets and our broader commercial vision. You will also manage the business intelligence framework for the Central Commercial organization, overseeing data development, analysis, and reporting. This includes implementing data analysis tools and establishing KPIs aligned with our balanced scorecard and strategic objectives. The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $134,000, and travel flight benefits with Qatar Airways and oneworld Alliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee QR network revenue performance by analyzing historical trends and forecasting future outlooks in collaboration with Revenue Management (RM) to ensure revenue optimization. Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape and QR’s market positioning to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Conduct in-depth analyses at the regional, country, agent, and offline levels, coordinating with key stakeholders (RM, Regional CBI, Sales, Marketing, CP, etc.). Partner with the Revenue Analysis team to deliver insights to senior management on flown and projected performance across POS regions, traffic flows, distribution channels, and customer segments. Evaluate QR route performance from a P&L perspective and provide strategic recommendations. Lead cross-functional projects aimed at generating incremental revenue across the network. Support the development of offline markets in alignment with ongoing projects and contribute to online network revenue growth. Collaborate with Regional CBI teams to identify revenue opportunities and address performance variances. Work with the Commercial Data Team to expand the use of data, tools, and techniques across the network. Manage and deliver ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior leadership. Review team deliverables and provide mentorship and coaching to team members. Foster professional development through training and continuous learning opportunities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required) 8+ years of experience in data analysis and delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership Proven ability to delegate, set clear direction, and manage workflows Strong mentoring, coaching, and team-building skills Excellent presentation and communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint;Knowledge of Tableau & Power BI Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
