Assistant Director – Agency Account Manager The opportunity EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is an inhouse agency that helps EY teams build a better working world by delivering high-impact, high-quality and on–brand creative solutions. People in the CoE help create experiences that are not just creatively inspiring, but also strategically precise and deeply human — across multiple media platforms. The account manager will serve as part of EY’s internal GDS agency. They shall function as the link between the global marketing teams and the offshore GDS agency. While working closely with the delivery teams, will service the global marketing teams, understand their marketing priorities and help translate them into creative action. They shall assess the penetration and the leverage of the internal agency within the global teams and will work to position the internal agency as the partner of choice for all creative, content and digital related work. Your key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of accounts across the global marketing teams, from an internal agency perspective Build and maintain relationships with marketing managers and brand leaders to understand their priorities and challenges Be comfortable managing relationships with multiple accounts simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment Identify new relationships, opportunities and position the internal agency as the partner of choice within key accounts Work with service delivery leaders to ensure the strategic positioning of the competencies within existing and potential accounts Identify account pain points and work with service delivery to proactively propose solutions Be aware of industry trends and explore which of these trends can be leveraged to best serve the EY marketing Be comfortable working with business penetration targets provided by leadership. Manage the measurement and reporting of progress against these targets Identify opportunities to grow business through existing relationships by generating interest among accounts, including upselling and cross-selling Manage stakeholder expectations and communication When required, act as intermediary between the internal agency and the marketing managers for specific projects Track and forecast account metrics. Assess current penetration and reports on the status of existing accounts and new business Skills and attributes for success A user-centric mindset with creative, innovative and analytical approach Exceptional project management, risk management and team management Proven track record of delivering high impact project on time and within budget An innovative mindset that takes a client problem and delivers compelling and inspiring creative solutions Excellent communication (comprehension, verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade Exceptional attention to detail Understanding of Creative Agencies and related ecosystems To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline) Experience across a range of digital, social, and integrated media Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest etc.) At least 12 years of overall experience in a fast-paced global environment out of which 5 years should be at an agency account management role Ideally, you’ll also have Experience of managing or leading accounts and project initiatives on large scale transformation perspective Technologies and Tools Experience across a range of digital, social, and integrated media What we look for Strong business acumen along with creative vision Creative problem-solving mindset with a flexible can-do attitude A growth mindset creative who loves to collaborate, ideate and deliver breakthrough work Self-starter who loves challenges and makes big things happen by working together Experience working with global clients Confidence, maturity and ability to build strong client relationships A strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with others What we offer EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
