The jobholder is expected to perform telephone selling efforts within the scope of MCC policies.   Duties & Responsibilities Performs call out function to new and prospective clients Educates clients on correct procedures regarding company’s products and services Handles and manages customer requests, inquiries, and complaints regarding product services Supports card usage through promotion of marketing programs or initiatives Generates and submits performance reports   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a College/University Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient in various software applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Target-driven and customer-oriented Must be willing to extend hours, on shifting schedule including weekends and holidays (if necessary) Must be willing to report 100% onsite     Other Details: Rank: Rank and File Unit: CBS - Operations Group | Customer Service Department | Voice Support Services Section Location:  Metrobank Card Center, Makati City
