Role summary Seoul | Hybrid | Full-time What you’ll do Handle inquiries from customers relating to operational procedures Maintain a high level of customer service Find creative solutions to customer issues Maintain high level of knowledge of Payoneer products, services, and procedures Commitment to meet department requirements like Service Level Agreements, performance metrics etc. Communicate effectively with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction and meet regulatory guidelines Who you are 3+ years of customer service or related experience handling incoming inquiries Bachelor's Degree Fintech/Financial Services experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem analysis and problem solving abilities Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment with high efficiency High proficiency of written and spoken English is a must. #LI-SL3 The Payoneer Ways of Working Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further.
