As a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA), you will assist people in your community to live safely in their homes by supporting them with daily tasks and self-care activities. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes with dignity for as long as possible.
