ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Level 3 Physiotherapist at Gosford Hospital, you will lead the delivery of acute physiotherapy services across ICU and respiratory units. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team that includes new graduates, junior physiotherapists, and physiotherapy assistants, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. Your role will involve managing complex clinical caseloads, driving best practice standards, and contributing to service development and continuous improvement initiatives. With the opportunity to influence both patient care and staff development, you will play a key part in shaping the future of physiotherapy services within Central Coast Local Health District.
