We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join the Patient Services team at Wyong Hospital as a Part-Time Receptionist in a job share position. VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DOING:

  • Deliver responsive and professional front-line customer service
  • Draft routine correspondence and provide accurate word processing support
  • Maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures
  • Manage patient records through our computerised patient management system
  • Apply sound judgement to resolve day-to-day administrative issues
  • Work collaboratively with a wide range of departments and staff

ABOUT THE ROLE

Based primarily at Wyong Hospital, You’ll work Monday to Friday, with shifts between 6:30am and 8:00pm.
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to deliver high-level administrative and customer service support to the Patient Services department.
