You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, supportive environment, helping ensure patients receive high-quality, timely care.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an integral part of the Mental Health Administration Support Services team, you’ll provide a wide range of administrative functions to support clinical operations. Reporting to the Administration Team Leader based in Gosford, you’ll help facilitate efficient day-to-day processes and ensure smooth service delivery across the Hub.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the first point of contact for the service, providing professional reception and front-desk support.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, including admission and discharge documentation.
  • Coordinate client appointments and schedules for clinical staff.
  • Perform general administrative duties including document preparation, scanning, photocopying, and filing.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into health record systems.
  • Manage ordering and stock control of office supplies.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide flexible administrative support across CCLHD Mental Health sites as required.
