VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

Provide clinical leadership and nursing management of Endoscopy services.
Coordinate high-quality patient care aligned with GENCA, ACORN, NSW Health, and CCLHD standards.
Collaborate with the Perioperative Nurse Manager and medical teams to manage elective and emergency case flow.
Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and financial management of the Endoscopy unit.
Drive quality and safety initiatives, staff development, and evidence-based practice.
Lead performance improvement processes and participate in accountability meetings.
