This community-based role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, no 24/7 roster pattern, so you can reclaim your weekends while supporting patients, their carers and families across the Central Coast.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

All NSW Health workers are required to comply with the Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy Directive. This includes:

  • Category A positions: Mandatory evidence of protection against specified infectious diseases, including annual influenza vaccination and tuberculosis assessment.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver holistic respiratory nursing care across community centres and home settings. From assessment to care planning and education, you’ll partner with patients, their carers and families to promote self-management, reduce hospitalisations, and improve quality of life.

  • Provide patient-centred nursing care in both community and home environments.
  • Collaborate closely with allied health professionals, GPs, and support networks.
  • Empower patients, carers and families through education and personalised health plans.
  • Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice
