We’re seeking Registered Nurses with inpatient orthopaedic and surgical experience who are passionate about delivering high quality, compassionate care in a fast paced and supportive environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your specialist skills in wound care and orthopaedic nursing within a collaborative and dynamic team.
We currently have 4 temporary and permanent vacancies including 1 maternity leave cover for this ward.
This is a maternity relief position and should the permanent incumbent require an early return from maternity leave, this contract of employment will cease with two weeks notice. Maternity relief positions can be for a period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of continued employment for up to a further 12 months for maternity leave reduced hours, therefore there are no claims to permanency.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

All NSW Health workers are required to comply with the Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy Directive (PD2024_015). This includes:

  • This is a category A position: Mandatory evidence of protection against specified infectious diseases, including annual influenza vaccination and tuberculosis assessment.
