Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a kind, collaborative Registered Nurse or Midwife with recent acute neonatal experience to join our friendly, high-performing unit. You’ll be responsible for delivering the highest standards of nursing care, tailored to meet the diverse needs and expectations of each patient and their family.
In this role, you’ll provide safe, competent care aligned with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia standards, including neonatal resuscitation and emergency response. You’ll coordinate nursing interventions, promote breastfeeding, and supervise student midwives to support quality outcomes. With a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, you’ll contribute to a multidisciplinary team that’s passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in the lives of families.
