The Position: We are recruiting for a Limited Services Meal Delivery Driver to work at our Senior Center in Evans. This position will be responsible for all areas of food preparation according to planned/approved AAA guidelines; packaging; serving clients; ordering, receiving and storing supplies; completing necessary paperwork and inventory control; and maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen and equipment. A minimum of three years driving experience and a high school diploma or GED is required. At time of interview, please provide a copy of your 7-year Motor Vehicle Report. Specific Responsibilities: Package and deliver meals to home-delivered meals clients as assigned Maintain agency/state vehicles in a safe, efficient manner Report performance or safety issues related to vehicle to county coordinator in a timely manner Complete reports and other program documents as assigned Follow all food-safety guidelines Provide quality customer service to external and internal customers Assist county coordinator in maintaining a clean, safe facility. Attend and participate in training as assigned. Maintain a private automobile with proper liability insurance and a Georgia Driver’s License. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and one year related experience

Responsibilities

The driver is responsible for preparing, packaging, and delivering meals to home-bound clients while maintaining food safety standards. They must also manage inventory, complete required documentation, and ensure the agency vehicle is operated and maintained safely.
