Description CCTA Remote Technologist (Cardiac CT Post-Processing) Position Summary Precision Imaging Centers is seeking an experienced CCTA Remote Technologist to perform advanced post-processing and analysis of Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography (CCTA) studies from a remote location. This role partners closely with cardiologists, radiologists, and emergency physicians to ensure high-quality cardiac imaging interpretation through precise 3D reconstruction, quality review, and structured reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, clinically knowledgeable, and highly proficient in cardiac CT software platforms. Cross-training opportunities in other modalities Supportive team culture and approachable leadership Referral bonuses and employee recognition programs Be part of a growing organization with expansion across Florida Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Post-Processing Perform advanced 3D reconstruction and post-processing of CCTA datasets Generate multiplanar reformats (MPR), curved planar reformats (CPR), maximum intensity projections (MIP), and 3D volume renderings Analyze and process Fractional Flow Reserve (FFRct) studies as applicable Quality Control & Compliance Review imaging datasets to ensure diagnostic quality, including spatial and temporal resolution Verify that studies meet established guidelines from the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT) Identify artifacts or technical limitations and escalate concerns appropriately AI & Advanced Imaging Support (If Applicable) Assist with validation and labeling of AI-driven plaque analysis tools Support algorithm improvement initiatives through structured data review Reporting & Collaboration Prepare structured findings and transmit processed cases to reading cardiologists and radiologists Communicate with imaging centers or technologists regarding scan quality or additional reconstruction needs Maintain full HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality in a remote environment Qualifications Required ARRT (CT) certification – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Computed Tomography) Minimum of 2+ years of cardiac CT or CCTA post-processing experience Proficiency with advanced cardiac imaging software, such as: HeartFlow TeraRecon Vital Images Strong understanding of coronary anatomy and cardiac imaging protocols Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable high-speed internet Preferred SCCT Level II or Level III training in cardiac CT Experience with FFRct workflows Prior experience supporting AI-based cardiac imaging platforms Skills & Competencies Exceptional attention to detail and image quality standards Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Effective communication with physicians and imaging teams Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting turnaround time expectations High level of proficiency with PACS and cloud-based imaging systems Work Environment Fully remote position Flexible scheduling options (if applicable) Your Impact Starts Here!
