CCTV CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to liaise confidently with clients & external stakeholders.
• Computer literate and ability to pick up new computer systems.
• Willing to work a mixture of day and night shifts with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with good level of english language.
• Previous experience in a customer service position is required.
• Ability to think quickly and respond proactively to incoming alerts.
• Confident when problem solving.
• Be able to remain calm in pressurised situations.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
