Shift Pattern:

4 On 4 Off

• Days/ Nights/ Weekends/ Weekdays
• 8am-8pm / 8pm-8am
• 42 Hours per week

Being responsible for the day-to-day operations of the control room.

• Liaise with the client, Police, Enigma Management and CCTV systems maintenance contractors.
• Carry out reviews and release of CCTV footage to the council staff and police by completing all the relevant forms/ logs in compliance with DPA and GDPR.
• Ensure CCTV operators carry out regular proactive CCTV monitoring.
• Make sure all new faults are logged in a timely manner and fault log is up to date.
• Complete daily and monthly reports and send it off to the client.
• Make sure daily handover is completed by all the staff.
• Make sure roster and staff holidays are up to date.
• Training and induction of new staff.
• Make sure site assignment instruction and staff training records are up to date.
• Any other duty assigned by the client or Enigma management.
