ROLE OVERVIEW:

Andron FM is one of the UK’s largest independent Facilities Management companies, providing bespoke soft service solutions to a wide array of prestigious clients nationwide. As a dynamic, family-owned organisation we are looking for a candidate to help forge Andron’s future.
This role is based at the award winning Caledonia Park shopping outlet.
12 hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off Rota with the option of overtime.
£14.10 per hour plus a monthly discretionary bonus scheme

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate all CCTV equipment, radios, and ancillary equipment to provide pro-active and reactive monitoring of CCTV cameras to assist with the detection of crime and or antisocial behavior’s
• Complete all required reporting procedures
• Monitor, operate and communicate using all forms of equipment available to you
• Respond to emergency situations & liaise with emergency services
• Managing the fire alarm tests, monitoring & evacuation procedure
• To protect our client’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Act lawfully always whilst on our client’s premises
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents using our clients and Andron reporting procedures.
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and any vehicle gates as required.
• Have a proactive approach, be alert and eliminate problems before they progress.
• Be responsible for the operation of the Control Room.
• Report into the Guest Hospitality Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Complete any reasonable management instruction as directed by Andron or Client Management.
