CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Support customer satisfaction by ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This is a hands-on technical operations role, responsible for keeping our CCTV towers running smoothly and efficiently across all sites. As the CCTV Operations Manager, you’ll ensure that towers deliver top-level performance, up-time, and customer satisfaction — while closely managing costs and technical efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in CCTV systems (preferably Hikvision), who enjoys remote diagnostics, problem-solving, and managing the full life cycle of fielded CCTV technology.
