Report any security breaches or incidents immediately to the Security Supervisor. Record and document daily events, observations, and incidents in logbooks or digital systems. Ensure all CCTV equipment (cameras, monitors, recorders) is functioning properly. Perform routine checks on the system to verify recording quality and storage status. Report any technical issues to the maintenance or IT department. Maintain confidentiality of all footage and security information. Assist with internal investigations by reviewing and providing footage when requested. Keep the control room clean, organized, and restricted to authorized personnel only. Support the security team by providing real-time updates during incidents. Follow all security policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Qualifications ​​​Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Diploma or certification in Security or IT is a plus. Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security-related role (preferred). Experience using modern CCTV and surveillance systems. Skills: Strong observation skills and attention to detail. Ability to respond quickly and make sound decisions under pressure. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Good computer skills and familiarity with CCTV software. Ability to multitask and stay focused for long periods.
