WHAT SKILLS WOULD I NEED?
As an alarm/CCTV operator you will be the first point of contact when an alarm activation is received from a customer’s property. You will need to need to deal with the alarms in a calm and timely manner and take action to make sure our customers and their premises are safe and secure. The role will involves making outbound calls to Key holders and emergency services to ask them to attend to the alarms. As well as this you will be on hand to help out with any inbound phone calls from our customers to assist with any questions or queries, they may have.
