Job Description Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage for any suspicious or unusual activity. Operate and control surveillance equipment effectively and efficiently. Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents and report them to the appropriate authorities. Maintain activity logs, incident reports, and equipment maintenance records. Coordinate with on-site security personnel and emergency services when required. Ensure all camera views are clear, unobstructed, and equipment functions properly. Assist law enforcement with access to CCTV footage when necessary. Follow data protection and privacy regulations related to CCTV usage. Participate in routine system checks and basic troubleshooting of CCTV equipment Qualifications Computer literate and have a basic understanding of mathematics. Certificates or short courses in CCTV / Surveillance / Security Systems. 01‑02 years working experience as a CCTV operator or in security surveillance is preferred.
Responsibilities
The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring live and recorded footage for suspicious activity and responding to security incidents. They must maintain logs and coordinate with security personnel and emergency services as needed.
