Description Relevant Experience Or Requirements: Assures a high standard of integrity and honesty in all gaming operations and related support services. At the direction of the Security and Surveillance Manager, responds to, troubleshoots and provides resolution to equipment repairs from the Surveillance Department in a timely manner. Capable of wiping, repairing and troubleshooting hard drives. Collaborates on projects with other staff, Integrators, Vendors and Casino Key personnel, as needed, under the direction of the Security and Surveillance Manager. Performs additional tasks as directed by the Security and Surveillance Manager. As needed, performs daily inspection of all Surveillance Network to ensure it is operational. Maintains familiarity with Surveillance equipment part numbers and descriptions and be able to analyze part and equipment needs for surveillance related projects or upgrades. Maintains familiarity with current Gaming Board policies and procedures. Ability to assist in the installation and maintenance of cameras and cable runs throughout the property. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve wiring issues. Capable of terminating all cable including coaxial and CAT6. Ability to respond to emergency situations during off time. Ability to act as a Surveillance Agent in the event of an emergency. Requirements Experience: Degree or Certificate in electronics, CCTV, or Low Voltage preferred. 1 Year of experience as a Surveillance Technician, wire puller, or working with CCTV required. Must be able to obtain Gaming Card.
Responsibilities
The technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing surveillance equipment, ensuring operational integrity of the surveillance network, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
