QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Diploma/Certificate in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field.
• CCTV Training Certificate – Completed in Ras Al Khaimah.
• Proven experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of DVR/NVR, IP cameras, access control, and networking.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and follow manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV and security surveillance systems to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related security equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CCTV systems.
• Troubleshoot wiring, connectivity, and system issues.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare installation layouts.
• Ensure proper cabling, mounting, and alignment of cameras.
• Maintain records of installations, service reports, and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients/end-users.
• Follow company safety standards and project timelines.
