We are seeking a skilled and reliable CCTV Technician Cum Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CCTV systems, as well as the ability to drive and transport equipment and personnel to various job sites across the UAE. A diploma in CCTV technology and at least two years of hands-on experience in the field are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• CCTV Installation & Maintenance:
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including cameras, recorders, and related devices.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure the functionality of all CCTV equipment.
• Repair faulty systems and replace damaged components when required.
• Conduct system upgrades and modifications to enhance performance.
• System Testing & Troubleshooting:
• Conduct thorough testing of CCTV systems after installation to ensure proper operation.
• Identify issues in CCTV setup and resolve technical problems.
• Perform diagnostic checks on existing systems to troubleshoot and correct issues remotely or on-site.
• Driver Responsibilities:
• Safely drive company vehicles to transport tools, equipment, and team members to different job locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle, ensuring it is stocked with necessary tools and equipment.
• Plan routes to ensure timely arrivals at client locations.
• Customer Interaction:
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service details, installation timelines, and troubleshooting.
• Provide basic training and support to clients on how to use their CCTV systems.
• Offer professional customer service and address client concerns or issues promptly.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and equipment usage.
• Report any issues or equipment requirements to management in a timely manner.
• Ensure all paperwork related to installations and repairs is filled out correctly and submitted.
• Adherence to Safety Standards:
• Follow all safety guidelines while working on-site to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of the team.
• Ensure all installations and maintenance work meet legal and company standards.

Requirements:

• Education: CCTV Technician Diploma (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems in the UAE.
• Driving: Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, DVRs, NVRs, and IP cameras.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle and safely transport equipment.
• Good communication skills for dealing with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with various CCTV brands and technologies.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of network setup and configuration.
• Additional certifications related to security systems or network administration.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont
