ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational: · Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, video management systems, and related surveillance equipment installed on drilling rigs. · Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of CCTV systems to ensure continuous operation and compliance with company standards. · Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and communication issues related to surveillance systems. · Configure IP cameras, network switches, fiber media converters, wireless bridges, and associated communication equipment. · Support the installation and commissioning of new cameras and surveillance systems on newly built and existing rigs. · Configure and maintain live streaming and remote access solutions for authorized users and management personnel. · Ensure all CCTV systems comply with SANAD, Saudi Aramco, and cybersecurity requirements. · Assist in investigations by retrieving, exporting, and preserving video footage when requested by management or HSE departments. · Provide technical support and user training regarding CCTV monitoring systems and video retrieval procedures. · Support integration of CCTV systems with other security and monitoring platforms where applicable. · Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot facility access control systems, including card readers, biometric readers, access control panels, door controllers, and electronic locking systems. Operational (General): · Provide assistance to SANAD business units on issues related to CCTV and surveillance systems. · Participate in routine inspections to ensure the highest safety and quality standards are maintained. · Comply with company HSE policies and procedures while working on drilling rigs and remote locations. · Support the organization during emergency situations and operational incidents when required. · Perform any maintenance activities assigned by management both onsite and remotely. · Remain up to date with the Company's business environment and the role's responsibilities to identify potential opportunities and challenges. · Contribute to the execution of departmental activities as required to ensure business continuity during the absence of team members. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMEN:TS Knowledge and Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in CCTV, surveillance, networking, and security systems. Education and Certifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Instrumentation, or related field.
