We are currently hiring a Full-Time Bartender to join our team in the Casual Dining Bar - Sports Bar. Our Bartenders play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our members and their guests. Whether preparing a signature cocktail, recommending a wine to complement a meal, or simply providing attentive and friendly service, this role helps the Club dining experience to life. What You’ll be Doing: Mix, shake, stir, and pour a variety of wines, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with care and attention to detail • Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar, including glassware, ice, garnishes, and service items • Ensure the bar and dining areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming for members and guests • Record sales accurately using the Club’s POS system and assist with inventory as required • Handle member requests and feedback professionally while delivering attentive service • Open and close the bar efficiently while maintaining high service standards • Support the Food & Beverage team with special events, projects, and daily operations as needed Blackout dates: Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Canada Day, and Hole-in-one (late October) What We’re Looking for: Completion of High School (Grade 12) & Post-Secondary education in Hospitality is considered an asset 2–3 years of bartending experience in a hospitality environment Must be at least 18+ to serve alcohol Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, and beverage service Experience with POS systems (JONAS experience is considered an asset) Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional, well-groomed, friendly, and team-oriented A private club or upscale hospitality experience is considered an asset Smart Serve Certificate (required) Ontario Bartending Certification (considered an asset) What we offer: Complimentary parking Complimentary staff meals (Meals are a taxable benefit) Training and development opportunities Hourly rate starting at $20.00 – $24.50 (non-tipping environment) Wellness Spending Account (available upon completion of contract) Why You’ll Enjoy Working Here: Be part of a welcoming and community-based team Work in a beautiful, high-end Club environment Gain experience serving members who appreciate great service and great drinks Opportunities for professional growth and development Vacancy: This position is for an existing vacancy. Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is $20.00 to $25.50 per hour. Placement within the range will be based on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations. Responsibilities

Bartenders are responsible for mixing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and stocked bar area, and accurately recording sales using the POS system. They must also handle member requests professionally and support the Food & Beverage team during special events and daily operations.
