At Cactus Communications, you can work among several highly skilled reviewers who are experts in various academic fields. We’re currently looking for CD Reviewers on a work-from-home basis. This would be a contractual agreement, and renewable upon mutual consent. Work will be available regularly so that you can maintain a predictable schedule. As we have customers from across the globe, we offer services 24/7 to accommodate each customer's deadlines, we are looking for individuals who are willing to work on assignments on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as other days. Job Responsibilities • Checking whether the editor has edited and submitted the right files completely and whether all processes have been completed as per the requirements or not • Checking/completing formatting as per journal guidelines on assignments that require it (1 formatting assignment is equivalent to 3 to 5 non-formatting assignments, depending on the extent of formatting required). • Running basic checks on the most critical aspects of quality • Coordinating with the delivery teams to ensure that process gaps are addressed Qualifications and Prerequisites • A Bachelor’s degree • Ability to communicate and resolve conflict effectively • Steep learning curve • Responsiveness to feedback • Good communication skills Benefits of this Role • Flexibility.
