We are seeking for a skilled and detail-oriented CD UV Machine Operator at Diamond Printing Press company to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate must know how to operate, maintain, and oversee the production process using Heidelberg UV printing machines. The operator will be responsible for setting up the press, monitoring quality, and ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently while meeting company quality and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Proven experience as a Heidelberg CD UV Machine Operator or similar role in a printing/packaging environment.
• Strong knowledge of Heidelberg printing technology and UV coating systems.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, specifications, and color standards.
• Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Attention to detail with strong commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.

• Operate and manage Heidelberg CD UV printing machines during production runs.
• Set up machine parameters including plate mounting, ink levels, UV coatings, and registration.
• Monitor print quality throughout the run and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and color standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of the machine to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with production supervisors to meet daily schedules and deadlines.
