Job Description Job Purpose: The CDAR Execution Executive ensures that all data collection and reporting processes run smoothly and accurately. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing workflows for audits, and supporting compliance and efficiency in field operations. You will help maintain data integrity, streamline processes, and provide timely information for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Ensure Accurate Data Processes: Align with internal teams to make sure all inputs and processes are executed correctly and on time. Analyze and Improve Processes: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Forecast and Plan: Track plans and ensure audits are completed within deadlines. Resolve Issues: Address system or process issues that prevent smooth operations and work with technical teams to fix them. Maintain Master Data: Create and update master files used during production and audits. Validate and Correct Data: Ensure data accuracy, including historical references and automated processes. Support Auditors: Provide clear instructions and tools for auditors to complete their tasks effectively. Manage Configurations: Optimize system settings to reduce errors and improve workflow. Set Up Ad Hoc Reports: Prepare reports and documentation as needed for special requests. Scope: No direct budget responsibility. Collaborates with internal teams across data collection and audit functions. Works in a global environment with regional variations. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in statistics, math, engineering, business, logistics, or similar fields) Open for fresh grads. Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools. Experience: Knowledge of process improvement and documentation standards. Ideal Candidate Profile: Detail-oriented and proactive. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Able to adapt to changing priorities and regional requirements.
