Job Purpose Oversight of payroll and HR services third party providers across France and European area, payroll and employee service management, social reporting activities and enhancement of the HR Operational performance and excellence Key Accountabilities Main topics / aim: Manage HR service and payroll for a dedicated perimeter in France, ensuring accurate and timely processing as well as employee satisfaction. Work in binome with the team colleague overseeing financial and social reporting activities to ensure deliverables in this scope are secured at any time. Drive improvements through assessing, structuring, standardizing, automating, consolidating or implementing processes. Generate well-formed ideas that have the potential to provide effective alternative methods of working for the team. Propose and implement solutions to enhance the overall HR Operations service excellence and employee experience. Oversee the process of maintaining accurate and complete employee files and ensure compliance with data protection rules, for the entire scope. Ensure the centralization and maintenance of all reference documents. Oversee the payroll relationship with third party providers: schedule regular meetings with all payroll locations in scope to ensure accurate oversight, the right level of service delivery, and the relationship with the provider. Responsible for guaranteeing employee data quality and consistency in our HR systems for the HR Operations Scope, especially in YES Core, our Workforce Administration System, but also our payroll systems in scope, enabling mandatory data to be reported accurately to various HR departments and HR or non-HR systems. Qualifications: Fluency in written and spoken English and French is essential. Experiences: At least 10 years of experience working in HR Operations or similar roles within an international matrix organisation and on global projects including major change projects. Experience with data, systems and reporting activities. Key Competencies and skills: Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals and processes IT Skills – advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Oracle and Pleiades are a big plus. Strong analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to analyse and structure tasks and information Unwavering rigour and attention to detail, where and if needed. Change management experience and ability to adjust to change, including the ability to work through ambiguous situations and to multitask. Client-focus, Team working and ability to create effective relationships. Positive attitude and creative but calm approach to evaluating and solving problems Resilience and ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, whilst maintaining high quality, and fun!
