YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, we are seeking an Allocation Coordinator to manage the distribution and allocation of our timepieces. In close collaboration with international, this role is crucial to ensure timely product availability. PLAYING YOUR PART International Market Shipments & Allocation You ensure timely follow-up on all shipments to international markets You proactively inform markets about potential delays or shortages You conduct backlog analysis to identify and resolve issues You provide support for stock balancing initiatives across market You create and upload orders accurately into the Anaplan / SAP tool system Special Collections Management (Cabinotiers, Limited Series, Les Collectionneurs) You coordinate special shipments, including specific routes like RID GVA for Cabinotiers You monitor sales and manage return processes and refurbishment for special pieces You update product availability for limited series and high-value items, proposing remaining pieces to markets You oversee shipments, return management, and refurbishment for "Les Collectionneurs" items Market Liaison & Support You serve as a key day-to-day contact for international markets, providing support for ad hoc requests Meeting Coordination & Participation You organize and prepare Monthly Allocation meetings with market key stakeholders You participate in Weekly Merchandising Team Meetings WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? Success in this role will require You have solid previous experience and a good understanding of operational and logistical procedures, ideally with HQ & Market exposition You have strong capabilities and proven experience with SAP You are proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail You are fluent in written and spoken English and French Vacheron Constantin celebrates 270 years as the world’s oldest watchmaker in continuous production since 1755.
