We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Customer Due Dilligence Business Manager In this role, you will: Ensures Customer Due DilligenceLine of Business Procedures and policy requirements continue to be embedded within the Customer Due Dilligence Operating Model and implemented as intended, with minimal dispensations or deviations. Ensures the analysis of the impacts of policy and procedures changes to the Global business is completed within agreed timeframes. Coordinates and supports business requirements to drive effectiveness and efficiency, working with key stakeholders across business to secure endorsement and ensure a smooth deployment. Responsible for the ongoing governance process to ensure the implemented Global Customer Due Dilligence Operating model is working effectively to secure approvals to the updates and changes. Works with the Customer Due DilligenceOperational teams to ensure that the operating model is being consistently upheld across all sites and that changes to the operating model are accurately reflected in the relevant operating procedure. Ensures that appropriate streamlining activities are being undertaken to create efficiencies. Works with Operations and the business to ensure changes and updates to the Customer Due Dilligence operating model are effectively implemented for each country. Ensures the ongoing maintenance of the sub operating models, Operating Guidance are managed and reviewed within the agreed timeframes. Ensures the completion of Audit and recommendations are resolved and concluded appropriately which impact Customer Due Dilligence processes. To be successful, you will: Lead working groups or workshops either remotely or face to face. Broad knowledge of global regulatory developments within financial services industry, trends and impact on the business An ability to make judgements and anticipate issues based on experience; ability to break down complex problems and help drive a resolution. Good organisation skills to plan and help manage deliveries across countries. Experience of managing change across a matrix and global organisation. Capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders based on integrity and trust. Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills Graduate in any stream.
