YOUR ROLE As a Project Manager for Retail & Digital In-Store Solutions, reporting directly to the Head of Client & Omnichannel Solutions, you will be a pivotal force in shaping the future of Vacheron Constantin's omnichannel transformation program. Collaborating closely with the Business Operations & Excellence team, you will be instrumental in envisioning, designing, and executing innovative strategies for global initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong understanding of retail operations, digital transformation, and project management best practices, capable of driving complex initiatives from conception to successful implementation. PLAYING YOUR PART Retail & Digital In-Store Solutions Strategy & Roadmap Leadership You will manage the Maison’s retail & digital instore solutions roadmap and ensure alignment of all stakeholders Co-design and drive the Maison’s comprehensive retail and digital in-store solutions roadmap Lead the end-to-end development and execution of strategic roadmaps for Retail & Digital In-Store products and platforms Collaborate closely with the Business Operations & Excellence team, and other strategic partnerships Proactively anticipate and manage change for the retail population Define, track, and report on critical business metrics and project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monitor and evaluate the successful delivery of all project outcomes Maison Omnichannel Vision & Implementation You will serve as a pivotal member of the Maison Omnichannel community, acting as Vacheron Constantin’s primary contact and internal spokesperson for all Retail and Digital In-Store topics Collaboration with Richemont Articulate Vacheron Constantin’s critical business and technical requirements Communicate key strategic priorities effectively to influence Group-level initiatives Monitor and facilitate the successful delivery of Group Platform initiatives Within our Maison Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Retail and Digital In-Store solutions Provide expert advisory for the integration of new solutions Partner with relevant stakeholders Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of solutions New Boutique Opening Coordination You will play a central role in new boutique opening projects, ensuring seamless and efficient coordination among all involved parties Provide comprehensive support to project teams from the initial planning stages through to successful launch and post-opening stabilization Ensure the complete readiness of all retail solutions Oversee the documentation, maintenance, and strict adherence to all relevant processes, procedures, and policies Facilitate smooth coordination with markets and peer departments WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? Success in this role will require … A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration/Information Technology or similar Proven experience in Project/Product Management (within retail, luxury, or omnichannel environments) and with digital in-store solutions, clienteling tools, POS systems, and other retail technology Experience working in a global or multi-market context Strong understanding of retail operations, customer journeys, and digital transformation.
