We now have an exciting opportunity available for a CDE Coordinator to join us in our ID - Transmission & Storage Engineering team on a full time permanent basis. Reporting to the Team Leader Drafting and Document Systems, you will play a key role in manage the day-to-day administration and operational integrity of the APA Common Data Environment (ACC) The location for this role is flexible and hybrid; we will consider locations all over Australia. Key Responsibilities Administer and configure ACC platform; own the APA Digital Information Model Set up project environments — folder structures, naming conventions, permissions Manage AS ISO 19650-aligned document workflows Audit metadata, revision controls and document status for Maximo/OpenText readiness Liaise with contractors/vendors to ensure digital exchange and folder hierarchy compliance Onboarding project teams and resolve ACC issues, navigation and performance issues Your background CDE platform administration experience (ACC, Aconex or equivalent) in infrastructure/engineering Working knowledge of AS ISO 19650 Asset data handover experience, specifically Maximo and OpenText integration Strong metadata governance and naming convention discipline Stakeholder engagement across internal engineering teams and external partners Ability to identify system inefficiencies and escalate compliance issues Working at APA At APA we’re committed to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace where you can achieve your best.
