Job Description Summary Le/La Chargé(e) d’Affaires Service Client assure la gestion d’un portefeuille de clients, d’équipements installés et de contrats de service sur son périmètre. Il/Elle est l’interface principale entre les clients, les fournisseurs, les équipes d’exécution et les autres départements de GE Vernova Power Conversion. Le poste couvre la gestion de la relation client, la coordination des activités de maintenance et d’intervention, le suivi contractuel et financier des affaires, ainsi que l’identification d’opportunités de développement des services. Le/La titulaire du poste contribue à garantir la satisfaction client, la performance opérationnelle et la rentabilité des activités de service. --- The Service Customer Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, installed base, and service contracts within the assigned perimeter. He/She acts as the main interface between customers, suppliers, execution teams, and other GE Vernova Power Conversion departments. The role covers customer relationship management, coordination of maintenance and field activities, contractual and financial follow-up of service business, and identification of service growth opportunities. The position contributes to customer satisfaction, operational performance, and profitability of service activities. Contribuer au développement des services, aux renouvellements, extensions et prestations complémentaires. Qualifications Diplôme d’ingénieur, Bac+5 technique / gestion de projet, ou expérience équivalente. Expérience en gestion d’affaires, contrats de service, maintenance ou gestion de projet en environnement industriel. Connaissances en électrotechnique, électronique de puissance, automatisme, mécanique ou systèmes industriels. Expérience de la relation client et bonne maîtrise des aspects financiers liés aux affaires. Français et anglais courants ; déplacements ponctuels à prévoir. Compétences souhaitées Leadership, coordination transverse et orientation client. Capacité d’analyse, de synthèse, de priorisation et de résolution de problèmes. Rigueur, organisation, autonomie et fiabilité opérationnelle. Bonne communication et compréhension des enjeux contractuels, financiers et de service. Position hiérarchique Rattaché(e) au Responsable des chargés d'affaires service client de la région MEAT et intégré(e) à son équipe. Interfaces fonctionnelles avec les équipes commerciales, ingénierie, opérations terrain, achats, supply chain, qualité, EHS, finance et usines. Coordinate maintenance activities, on-site interventions, resources, logistics, and associated deliverables. Manage customer relationship, claims, risks, opportunities, and business financial performance. Monitor management tools, business reviews, progress reporting, and continuous improvement actions. Support service growth through renewals, extensions, and additional service offerings. Qualifications Engineering degree, Master’s degree in a technical or project management field, or equivalent experience. Experience in business management, service contracts, maintenance, or project management in an industrial environment. Knowledge of electrical engineering, power electronics, automation, mechanical or industrial systems. Experience in customer relationship management and understanding of business financial follow-up. External interfaces with customers, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors.
