Version française VOTRE RÔLE En tant qu’Expert Qualité et Technique, vous serez le référent pour l’animation et le pilotage des sujets qualité, techniques et industriels auprès des OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) en Europe. Votre mission sera de garantir un traitement rapide et efficace des sujets opérationnels, d’accompagner les NPI (New Product Introduction) et de contribuer à l’amélioration continue des performances industrielles chez les partenaires externes. Vous interviendrez notamment sur les missions suivantes : Piloter la gestion des non-conformités qualité et assurer leur traitement avec les parties prenantes concernées Réaliser et suivre les Gemba walks afin d’évaluer la performance terrain et d’identifier les axes d’amélioration Garantir la mise à jour rapide des 8D pour les problématiques qualité internes et externes Suivre l’avancement des projets NPI et veiller au respect des jalons et des délais Évaluer les changements et accompagner leur déploiement dans une logique de maîtrise et de robustesse Animer les démarches d’amélioration des performances de sortie et contribuer à la réduction des goulots d’étranglement chez les OSAT Au cœur de la relation avec les partenaires industriels, vous contribuerez à renforcer la qualité, la réactivité et la performance globale de la chaîne de valeur. VOTRE PROFIL Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent, avec une formation de niveau Bac +5 minimum Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie du semiconducteur, idéalement dans les activités assembly and test Maîtrise des méthodes de résolution de problèmes 8D Excellentes capacités de communication, en particulier dans un environnement international Anglais courant, à l’écrit comme à l’oral Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant Grande autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’initiative sont essentiels, ce poste étant le seul point de contact de l’équipe en France Bon esprit d’équipe, sens du service et orientation résultats Pourquoi ce poste peut vous intéresser Ce poste vous permettra d’évoluer au cœur d’un environnement international, en interface directe avec des partenaires industriels stratégiques, avec un impact concret sur : La qualité des produits, La réussite des lancements NPI, La robustesse des processus, Et l’amélioration continue des opérations en Europe English version YOUR ROLE You will lead the OSATs in Europe on QA and Technical matters to ensure timely addressing operation and NPI concerns.
