Location: Fayetteville, NC 28301 | Home Time: Home weekly Pay: $1,400 to $1,800 per week | Freight: NO Touch freight Steady freight and established customer demand help create consistent work opportunities for drivers looking for dependable miles and regular home time. Established a no-touch freight network 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week Kenworth T680 equipment with driver-focused features Midwest and Eastern U.S. operating lanes Compensation CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week depending on experience and productivity. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment. Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics. Orientation pay is $100 per day. Quarterly raises tied to performance Guaranteed pay after 30 days Paid orientation at $100 per day Equipment & Freight Drivers are assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) equipped with automatic transmission, APU, inverter, voice navigation, and in-cab 5th wheel release. Freight consists of dry van trailers hauling general commodities and customer freight throughout established operating lanes. Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week while hauling customer freight through established dry van lanes. Established customer freight helps support year-round hauling opportunities and dependable weekly mileage for drivers. Home Time This position offers home weekly scheduling. Time at home is planned around freight availability and route assignments while maintaining consistent mileage opportunities throughout the week. Previous tractor-trailer experience is preferred. Drivers must be able to operate 53' dry van trailers and meet current DOT medical certification standards.
