This role is built for Class A CDL drivers who want a predictable weekly routine instead of long-haul uncertainty. Run a defined Midwest network with consistent freight, shorter routes, and a schedule that guarantees home time every weekend. Drivers leave out on Monday and return home by Saturday for a consistent weekend reset. WEEKLY EARNINGS & COMPENSATION Average Weekly Gross: $1,200 – $1,500 (Top earners reach up to $1,800 Gross). Base Mileage Pay: $0.56 – $0.64 CPM (Based on experience). Short-Haul Protection Pay (Per Load): +$40 for short loads (under 150 miles) +$25 for mid-range loads (150–250 miles) Additional Pay: Detention pay and performance-based incentives. ROUTE & EQUIPMENT Operating Area: Defined Midwest lanes (OH, KY, IN, MI, and IL). Weekly Miles: 1,700 – 2,200 miles with steady dispatch planning. Freight Types: Drop & hook, live load, and preloaded trailers. The Trucks: Assigned late-model automatic transmission equipment, strictly maintained to reduce downtime. ENTRY-LEVEL DRIVER PROGRAM (New CDL-A Graduates) No prior OTR experience required. Recent graduates can start their career with a structured regional routine instead of being forced straight into weeks of long-haul OTR: Eligibility: Class A CDL with 120+ hours from an accredited school. Paid Mentorship: 4 to 6 weeks of dedicated, 1-on-1 behind-the-wheel instruction. Guaranteed Trainee Pay: $900 weekly Gross compensation throughout the entire training period. Post-Training Jump: Immediate transition to $0.56 CPM upon successful completion and going solo. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS License: Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years old. History: Consistent work history and ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening. Note: SAP drivers are not eligible for this position.
