McGill Environmental Systems is hiring a CDL A Driver for our operations team supporting McGill Compost locations. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU GET * $0.51 per mile + $17.50 per load (dumping fee) * Daily Pay option * Home daily – local routes * Full health benefits: medical, dental, vision and more * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off * Consistent, full-time work * Stable, year-round routes Compensation for this role includes $0.51 per mile, along with a $17.50 dumping fee per load, offering earning potential based on productivity and route completion. ---------------------------------------- THE ROLE As a CDL A Driver at McGill, you’ll play a key role in transporting organic materials and finished compost safely and efficiently between customer sites and company facilities. This is a local driving position where safety, reliability, and professionalism matter every day. You’ll help move materials that are transformed into compost—supporting sustainability and the environment. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO * Safely operate Class A CDL trucks (tractor-trailer, dump trailer, roll-off, or walking floor) * Transport organic waste, yard debris, and compost products * Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections * Maintain accurate logs, tickets, and documentation * Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies * Communicate effectively with dispatch and site teams * Assist with loading/unloading when needed ---------------------------------------- WHAT SETS MCGILL APART At McGill, we don’t just haul materials—we move something meaningful.
