Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 9 AM- 6 PM (occasional overtime required) Benefits: Paid Time Off Health Insurance Dental Vision 401(k) HSA Key Roles: Safely deliver and recover rental equipment to customer job site Provide professional and courteous customer service during all interactions Support yard and operational efficiency when not completing deliveries Key Competencies: Safe driving and attention to detail Time management and reliability Customer service and communication skills Accountability for equipment, responsibilities, and others Active prioritization of company mission and values Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver and pick up a variety of rental equipment, tools, and supplies to and from customer locations Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment in accordance with company safety standards Navigate a variety of environments including residential, commercial, and construction job sites Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues Verify delivery and pick-up details and obtain required documentation or customer signatures Follow all company safety policies and customer job site requirements Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and assist with basic upkeep Assist in the yard with moving, cleaning, and organizing equipment when not on deliveries Communicate effectively with team members regarding schedules, delays, or customer needs Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
