Description CDL A OTR Reefer Truck Driver - Weekly Salaried Pay, Full Benefits, Flexible Home Time, and Late Model Equipment! We’re hiring Class A OTR Drivers at Awesome Refrigerated Transit of Iowa (ARTI) — part of Open Gates Group, a family-owned company in Eastern Iowa dedicated to manufacturing and distributing organic dairy products. What we offer: Salaried Pay Structure: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 Annually (Drivers always know what they will earn) Primarily Midwest & Southern routes (no CA, NY, or New England) Home Time: Drivers typically run 12 or more days out, earning one day of home time for every 7 days on the road. Home time can be taken every other weekend or banked for a longer time off, depending on driver preference. Our fleet consists of late-model Peterbilt 579 automatic trucks paired with Thermo King reefers.
