We are looking for professional Class A CDL drivers to join our OTR fleet where top 20% of performers consistently earn $1,600 weekly. If you want a carrier that prioritizes your safety and financial growth through a suggestive dispatch system—keeping you moving where the money is—apply today. Compensation & Bonuses: Pay Rate: $0.48 – $0.60 CPM (based on experience). Average weekly pay $1,200 -$1,600 Performance Bonus: Earn an extra 3 CPM monthly for safety and productivity. Extra Pay: $12.50/hr detention (after 2nd hour) and $100 daily layover/breakdown pay. The Run & Equipment: Home Time: 12 days out / 2 days home for a full recharge. Freight: Dry Van 100% No-Touch Freight (50-60% Drop & Hook). Equipment: Late-model 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworth T680s. No NYC: No forced dispatch into New York City or its five boroughs. BENEFITS: Comprehensive Support: 24/7 operations support. Paid Vacation: 1 week after the first year, increasing with tenure. Full Coverage: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Pet and Rider policy Requirements: Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A experience (within last 3 years). No failed/refused DOT drug tests (ever).
