Consistent freight demand supports dependable weekly schedules and regular home time. Drivers benefit from a strong mix of no-touch freight, modern equipment, and weekly home time. Flexible scheduling options and driver-focused support help create a work environment built around keeping professional drivers productive on the road. Schedule and Freight Regional Drivers typically spend 5-7 days on the road and return home weekly with 34-48 hours at home. Over-the-Road Drivers generally stay out four weeks followed by a four-day home period while averaging 2,200-2,500 miles per week. Team Drivers run approximately 4,500-5,000 miles per week, providing access to higher mileage opportunities and strong earning potential. Drivers haul dry van freight with 85% drop-and-hook and 100% no-touch loads. Our goal is to provide the freight availability and scheduling flexibility needed to support a variety of driving preferences. Equipment and Pay Our fleet includes International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 10-speed manual transmissions, 1,500-watt inverters, and Opti-idle technology to help maintain cab comfort while reducing unnecessary engine idling. Assigned trucks can be taken home when secure parking is available. Drivers earn $1,300 to $1,500 per week through direct deposit. Additional compensation opportunities include layover pay, multi-stop pay, annual safety bonuses, and load bonuses.
