Position Details Operate within the Midwest on a regional schedule. Average 2,100–2,300 miles weekly. All freight is no-touch with a mix of drop & hook and live unload. Assigned late-model equipment (Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth). 24/7 operations support provided. Compensation & Bonuses Weekly pay: $1,200–$1,400. Pay range: $0.57–$0.64 CPM based on experience. Sign-on bonus: $2,000 total payout over first 60 days. Detention after 2 hours ($12.50/hr). Breakdown pay ($100/day). Safety/performance bonus up to +3 CPM. Benefits start after 30 days — medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid PTO. Schedule Home every week for your reset. Reliable freight lanes and year-round work.
