Truck setup: Modern, well-maintained Kenworth and Freightliner tractors outfitted with functional APU units. Home time: Balanced road scheduling ensuring 34 to 48 hours of rest at home every 14 days. Support: Constant access to our 24/7 driver support and dispatch network. Earnings, bonuses, and driver apprentice program Solo drivers: Established solo motorists generate an estimated weekly gross between $1,250 and $1,550. Top tier: High-achieving drivers exceed $1,700 per week through performance-based safety incentives. Student path: Fixed weekly compensation throughout the initial 4-to-6 week finishing course with your mentor.
