Pay & Training You’ll receive a guaranteed weekly salary during your 4–6 week mentor program. Once solo, most drivers earn $1,300 to $1,500 weekly, Top performers reaching $1,700 or more with performance bonuses. Safety and reliability incentives are available every month, and orientation is paid. Job Details Freight is 100 percent no-touch refrigerated freight, about 60 percent drop and hook. Drivers are home every other week for 34–48 hours. You’ll run throughout CA, NV, AZ, OR, WA, UT, ID, and NM. Assigned late-model automatic trucks — Freightliner, Kenworth, and International — are equipped with APUs, and can be taken home during time off. Pet and rider policies apply after training completion.
