THE RUN & EQUIPMENT Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (50-60% Drop & Hook / 40-50% Live Unload). Consistent Miles: 2,300 – 3,000 miles per week. Length of Haul: Average 400 miles. Equipment: Late-model 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworths. Home Time: Every other week for 2 full days. Rider & Pet Policy: Bring your family or your pet on the road with you starting day one. HIRING REQUIREMENTS Experience: Class A CDL, at least 21 years old, with 3+ months of verifiable Tractor-Trailer experience (40ft+). Safety Record: Max 1 preventable accident and max 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. No major CMV accidents in the last 5 years. Background: No DUI/DWI or drug convictions in the past 5 years. Clean drug/alcohol testing history for the past 10 years. Note: SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Ready to run with a fleet that keeps its word?
