We are hiring full-time W2 CDL-A Truck Drivers for OTR, Regional, and Dedicated routes. Drivers with limited or no over-the-road experience may qualify for a structured paid training program. We offer steady freight, dependable home time, and late-model equipment. Job Details • Full-time W2 employment • OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleet options • Dry van freight • Approximately 70% drop-and-hook, majority no-touch • Assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner and Kenworth tractors Pay & Compensation • $1,300–$1,500 per week • Weekly direct deposit • Paid orientation • Paid 3–5 week training program for eligible drivers • Safety and performance bonus opportunities Home Time • Weekly home time available on select fleets • Biweekly home time options • Consistent miles and year-round freight Training Program (Entry-Level Drivers) Drivers who have completed a minimum of 120 hours at an accredited CDL school may qualify. Training includes supervised driving, ELD compliance, trip reporting, inspection procedures, and company safety standards. Solo advancement is performance-based. Driver Responsibilities • Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT regulations • Maintain accurate ELD logs and trip documentation • Meet scheduled pickup and delivery times • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections • Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers Minimum Requirements • Valid Class A CDL OR completion of at least 120 hours of accredited CDL instruction and eligibility for company-sponsored training • Acceptable driving record • Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen We provide consistent freight, modern equipment, and operational support designed to help drivers succeed.
